As an In-store Promoter, you will work to increase awareness of our brand and location within the store and be responsible for striving to expand our customer base, eye test and hearing assessment numbers, and maximising all sales opportunities.
Your key responsibilities will include talking to passing customer traffic, identifying times and areas with the highest footfall around the store and being accountable for acquiring a weekly target of appointments. This role also includes planning daily, weekly, and monthly promotional and sales initiatives with the Opticians Manager and agreeing strategies for success, along with liaising with the wider M&S store.
