As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Manager in driving the in store opticians’ success, maintaining high standards and leading by example. You’ll equip your team with the skills and knowledge they need to achieve and inspire them to deliver the exceptional customer service our business is known for.

In this leadership role, you will take responsibility for achieving key performance indicators, driving business growth, and fostering a customer-focused culture, alongside or in the absence of the Opticians Manager. This role is the ideal next step for a current sales/optical advisor or dispensing optician who is looking to take the next step into a management role.
