As part of M&S Opticians wider team, we have a number of roles that are vital to the smooth running and development of M&S Opticians going forward.

These roles include Training, Operations, Customer Services and Marketing. Depending on the role, you may be based in Chesterfield, Birmingham or be fully mobile.

You will support colleagues in store to deliver a range of high quality services against a set sales budget and help them achieve their potential at individual store level. Whether providing training to ensure the teams give the best customer service or supporting our recruitment plans to employ remarkable people in our stores.
