Key Responsibilities

• Promote optical and hearing services within the store to drive appointments

• Maintain accurate customer records and manage stock levels

• Provide outstanding customer service and handle enquiries professionally

• Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses suited to their needs and lifestyle

• Perform basic adjustments and repairs

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments

• Support the fitting and dispensing of contact lenses

• Conduct preliminary pre-tests and measurements

• Work towards achieving store sales targets

• Support marketing initiatives and special events

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in optics is required

• As this is a mobile role, the ability to travel to Manchester, Cheshire Oaks and Warrington stores

• Commercial awareness and ability to maximise sales opportunities
